Summary
Ligament injuries around the elbow are difficult to manage due to the inherent stiffness in the elbow joint following injury and surgical repair. Rehabilitation protocols are crucial in the successful management of surgical repair/reconstruction of elbow ligament injuries. This presentation aims to relate the key principles of surgical management as it relates directly to the rehabilitation and therapy protocols.
Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to:

Understand the basic science of healing and scar development
