Summary
The purpose of this course is to describe and discuss the current clinical readiness initiative and the potential impact on mentoring PT and PTA students. We will also summarize how the criteria impact student preparation for full-time clinical education experiences. Our goal is for participants to be able to return to their practice sites prepared to engage in dialogue about the assessment of student readiness.

• 15-30 minutes: Clinical readiness - A Deeper Look
• 30-45 minutes: Mentoring PT and PTA students in Clinical Education to Build On Foundational Skills
